Sin embargo, durante el embarazo y el postparto pueden aparecer diversas alteraciones emocionales que es importante conocer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Algunos de los trastornos m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Depresi\u00f3n perinatal (durante el embarazo o posparto): tristeza profunda, sensaci\u00f3n de vac\u00edo, dificultad para conectar con el beb\u00e9, p\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s por actividades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansiedad perinatal: preocupaciones excesivas por la salud del beb\u00e9, miedo constante a que algo vaya mal, insomnio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo (TOC) perinatal: pensamientos intrusivos o compulsiones relacionadas con el bienestar del beb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psicosis postparto (menos frecuente): cambios bruscos de comportamiento, delirios o alucinaciones, que requieren atenci\u00f3n urgente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo buscar ayuda?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si los s\u00edntomas persisten m\u00e1s de dos semanas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si interfieren en el cuidado personal o del beb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si hay sensaci\u00f3n de desesperanza, angustia constante o pensamientos de suicidio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lo m\u00e1s importante: no est\u00e1s sola. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedir ayuda profesional es un acto de valent\u00eda.
